How to change rear no. plate lights

Hey guys seeing as the number plate lights are like inside the bumper of the da9.. do I have to take off the whole bumper to get the lights out to replace or can I somehow pop them out and pop them back in.. they're in a bitch of a place to get to it seems!

p.s is it illegal to have no number plate lights at the back.. cuz if its not then cbf fixing them!

yeah you'll get pulled up if you dont have rear number plate lights...

You dont have to take the whole bumper off.

but eww.. the screws go in vertically and shit.. Looks like I'll need to be jacking the car up on the rear end or something to get to it

edit - Looks like I do not need to screw out the screws but like pull out the globe from the back then twist off.. this correct?

Yeah should just reach behind and pull the globes out, but you'll probably have to get under there to do it.
