Mirror cover w light conversion 2009 vti-s

Just wondering if any1 out there that has done a conversion to the side mirrors with the oem indicators, those that you can buy off ebay. Is it as simple as removing the cover and replacing it? are the wires with the right connection just under the cover?

any1 can help?
