are these any good for lowering your eg..does it use your stock susy..and spring and just wind just compress the spring while you twist?

yes
but wouldnt recommend them,
your current springs and shocks were designed for each other, hand in hand, by altering it you could cause one or both of them to break prematurely /break full stop.

do it once and do it right buddy
get shocks and springs
or just get some springs but id avoid massive drops for the same reason as above,
shocks and springs rae ur safest/best option and most expensive

allready done shock and spring but not happy with the height..current setup

king lows,munroe shocks..want it lower/adjustable..without spending more than 200..so do you think these will lower it more than my current 1.5king lows drop

im not too knowledgeably on this topic, but id suggest u look in the market section as theres a few eg springs for sale,
you could try super lows?

and that particular ebayer ive seen numerous times and checked their feedback as u probably have, many positive ones but the negative ones are pretty negative.
