Valve problem???

for the past month i noticed my car making a strange clicking noise...mainly when i rev it a fair bit...i been told it coulde be my valves,it sounds as if my car is strugling to go.could i be wrong?im preety sure i heard this sound on some preety old cars,maybe my engine is dying :(,its a d16y SOHC vtec so i do give it a fair bit...

have your tappets adjusted correctly and have the timming belt inspected.

Yeah, what ECU-Man said, but also change the oil, this will help reduce the noise as well.

It's just your tappets making the noise. this usually occurs when the car gets older. if you're loosing power as well, then I sggest a full service as well.
