Gotta hold of some buddy club spec 4 cams n cam shafts with valves & retainers for $400 john told me to replace piston rings & bearings before he"ll put them in so im looking n ivan ill do some shopping b4 i ask him mite rip me off lol

unless your bottom end is tired, i dont see the point of paying extra labour to do piston ring and bearings. my b18c7 is with 150K kms (inc 50K with aftermarket valvetrain) is still going strong..
however, if you are keeping your car for long term, its another story..
