I've got a civic EK GLI 98' model automative, is it possible to do a manual conversion with b16a engine conversion at the same time? Does it really matter whether my car is automative or manual to do the conversion? Does the b16a front cut comes with everything including the transmission?

it dosnt matter but yes it is more work , you really need to no what you are doing to do the conversition, there are threads on here which healp with changing auto to manual, with the conversion that is possible to but you will need b seriers mounts, with the right cash flow any transplant is possible. any more questions just ask

its possible, but you need loom and ECU for the Auto trans. but if you really want to use the B16A's potential, do manual conversion as well.
Its a lot of work, but its worth it. you've gone to the trouble of doing the engine swaps, so might as well.
u need to change engine mounts as stated above, compressor bracket and power steering pump bracket and the power steering pump itself. obviously u need a OBD conversion harness as well from OBD1 to OBD2A. and don't forget to change the driveshafts as well. its better to change them.
and don't forget to upgrade the radiator as well, since yours is a single core now.
if u need more info, use the search button. its been covered alot of times. :)

doesnt matter too much,
id suggest u check the auto vs manual chassis so you know what you've got to do outside of the norm as well.
ive done a auto - > man conversion and in time will be doing the b16a,
if you can do it both at once, it makes it somewhat easier/saves you money too.
check the chassis first to see what u gotta get/cover up just incase there not 100% the same
