Does anyone know anything about the Boss branding and its reliability?

I'm close to purchasing a head unit from strathfield a product similar to this:

Wondering whether there is any problems known with their head units that i should know about as I know their reliability in subs and amps aren't so flash...

Looks up and down. I didn't know it was a single din screen, I thought you meant double when you told me last night. At least price wise wasn't too bad aye. ;)

If you cant find the model number on the Boss Audio website then the item is not legitimate.

The last time I checked, the Boss in Strathfield is not the same as the legitimate Boss in the US. From what others have said, the amplifiers and subwoofers are very poor but I have not heard anything about the headunits.

If you want me to check, find the model number because I'm calling up Boss tomorro.
