Type R on 15''

Hi anyone know if type r calipers fit on buddyclub p1 racing rims 15"? 15x6.5 +42 offset?? ive try searching and only found spoon calipers on 15'' p1 racing rims need 3mm spacers. but nothing on type r calipers on these rims.
