Manual Window Regulator Handle

Guys,

Need some quick help. I'm trying to remove my door trim but the window regulator handle doesn't seem to make it easy for me.

I saw many websites telling me that there's a horseshoe-like clip behind the handle, like:

However, I can't seem to see any clip in there, let alone pull it out with something! Does anyone have any experience in this?

try pushing the trim around the handle in the pull out the handle at the same time. you should see the clip. i used to simply use a small needle head pliers to pull out the clip from the top of the horseshoe.

Thanks for your input blk05gli. I tried bending the regulator handle as far out as I could without breaking it and I still couldn't get enough room to have a peek on where the clip is.

Is the horseshoe facing in any particular direction?

rap string round the back half of the handle (semi circle shape) and pull towards you. this will and should remove it if done correctly :D
