da9 cam seal

hey all how do i pull out the cam seal to reseal it, do i just pop the plug out or do i have to unbolt something???

Rocker cover off (spark plug wires off, ~10 bolts, hose to intake) and then the left-most exhaust cam cap (4 bolts).
