Eg spoiler how to remove ?

hey i was just wondering how to remove the factory spoiler from a hatch eg as i have bought a spoon spoiler, under the spoiler theres 4 metal circles but i do not know how to take them off please help. :(

open the rear hatch,
4 bolt things in there and undo the wiring

Lift up the window hatch, and unscrew the 4 bolts underneath the wing.

yeah but there are 4 metal circle plates on top of them and i dont know how to get them off

it should be 4 bolt like nuts.. they are not flat...
