I think people have previously mentioned a rattle in the centre console but just thought I would mention for those who aren't aware: the small silver metallic insert in the cup holder cover was the culprit in my car. I fixed it by dipping a pin head in araldite and applying a tiny amount to the small gap in each end of the insert. No more rattle!
