Is it possible to register a DC2 with a h22a in NSW without an engineering certificate?

What is the biggest engine you can legally register in a DC2? Im assume no bigger then 2.0l due to the 15% rule i have heard about, am I correct? Would a f20b or k20a be legal without engineering?

How difficult or expensive does it become to get the h22a engineered?

that really depends on a lot of factors,maybe u should start by either getting someone to refer u to a good or "good" engineer or just ringing up one & having a quick chat about what their particular requirements would be,some are a lot more thorough than others if u get what im driving at.
