Auto transmission probs...

Hey guys....i've got an Integra LS and there seems to be a couple of probs with the transmission:

-wont go into 3rd gear (i.e. stays in 2nd) when transmission is cold
-when going from 2nd to 3rd gear, the engine revs up then engages slowly (feels like its slipping)

what do u reckn? new gearbox or is there an easier fix?

fist thing would be to drain the tranny fluid and refill with GENUINE ATF to the correct level. also check your transmission cable going to the throttle, it should start to move as soon as the throttle is opened. although is does sound like a sticky govnor assy.
