hey, ive just noticed this currently in my dc2r. Everytime i steer to the right. a creaking sound is made, but no sound when i steer to the left. I dunno where its comming from. i even stopped the car. turned off the engine. got outa my car and turned the wheel to see if i can hear n e thing outside. I think it may be comming form the left front wheel? not too sure. any one else have this problem before or know what it might be?

i had a similar prob.. but mine was behind the wheel. there is this piece of metal that touchs the steering wheel which is the conductor for the horn.. i tooked the wheel and just greased that peice and now it SWEET!

yeh my bad wyn.
i turned the key 2 knotches so the electric works and pwr steering was on.

aznsicko: im not sure if its the lil stuff behind the wheel. it sounds more mechanical.

i told you david, honda's have lousy build quality. trade it in for a ford/holden. No worries.. :D

CV joint or steering joint maybe?
