king springs superlows or just lows?

I just got my car lowered on King springs super lows, when i got the car back, it looks like the car only dropped by about 1inch from what i previously had. I was expecting 2 inches at the very least. Its a pretty disappointing drop for the money i paid.

I looked at the invoice and the springs they used are KHFL-67 and KHRL-68. Are these the correct part numbers for superlows? I checked the king springs catalogue but it only mentions Low/Std/Raised.

I got it done at Wholesale suspensions Penrith btw.

Nvm, called them up. They made a mistake, they gonna fix it for me this week.

I specifically asked for a 2" inch drop when i called up to enquire, book and confirm, but they still put lows.

I also found out same thing happened to mate, but at the Blacktown branch.

how much did they charge? my girl has a red eg in penrith and we will want to lower it soon.
