Im currently looking at a 2000 integra type r sport. Im just curious as to what the actual difference is with the normal dc2r vs the dc2r sport. All i can see is a oem body kit on the car. Does anybody know any other differences??

na still black recaros but the oem skirts look awsome, apparently these are rare??

!47000kms on it now but it has full logbook servicing. Lowest i could get him so far is 17k so im thinking this wouldnt be a bad car to get??

Thoughts??

my cousin bought his stock with less kms for less than that.
and with 20,000 more kms. dont know if it is worth it.
its a sport edition, only means they opted for the extra skirts and sports pedals.
keep lookingg i say, you will find something. dont hurry mate
your still young.
that doesnt have much more "mods" to make it that much more worthwhile.
id prefer stock with less kms
thats not to say it hasnt been looked after..

just my two cents.

Good price for a clean well serviced car. Its got average kms, most itrs are now around the 150-160,000 kms

yeh mate i have taken it for a run already, its immaculate inside and the paint is really good to for its age. All logbook servicing even though its not all by a honda dealer. Lowest he will go is 17k, he wont budge at all, hes set on that price.

Taking that into account, I would think its reasonable. Mods are relatively sensible, nothing over the top. Seems to have kept it quite clean, 17k is not a great price, but it isn't bad either.

If you are satisfied with the condition and it puts a smile on your face when you drive it, why the heck not? provided that everything is in working order. By that I mean logbooks and service history etc.
Another alternative is waiting for another opportunity. The worst thing you can do is rush yourself into buying a car. :thumbdwn:
