View Full Version : frustration with changing email

So the situation is, when i try to change my email address and click save changes the message that pops up is "administrator has banned your email address"
for what reason i have no idea... ive then clicked on the link advising "click here to contact administrator" which was done about 2 weeks ago i left my correct email address to get a reply but nothing. grrr now im just frustrated, should i just create a new profile? thoughts?

Are you trying to change it to a hotmail etc account? I think OzHonda automatically bans any emails from free carriers such as hotmail to stop spam, which is why you might be getting the message.

as above, you need to have a proper email address, not one thats free. eg. yahoo, hotmail, gmail.
