ok so i got my car lowered a few weeks back. i let them settle in and all and ive been told that it looks lop sided. i went back today and the guy said that the left passenger side was lower and he would fix it, so im going to take it in tomorrow.

my problem is that the the front end looks lower than the front about an inch. i got it lowered 2" and the front guard is sitting on my front tyres while my rear tyres are about 1" away from my tyres. i taught it was ment to be the same height all around...

has the mechanics put on lower springs at the front?

this is the best pic of it ive got right now.
the front sits abit lower now and the back is about the same. will upload more photos tomorrw morning

ok so i got my car back today. the guy lowered the front .5-1" lower so he fixed that but now i feel as if my car is so high :(
but now the spacing between the guard and the tyres are even.

i got mine lowed on king low all around and YES the back does sit higher than the front. so i lowed it again with super low at the back now it looks balanced with the front...

so yea its normal

Front end is lower cause there's more weight at the front, i.e the engine.

I rekon it looks more tough with the front end lower then the back anyway :)

yer well when i first got it the 2 backs were even while the passenger side was lower than all 3 sides and the driver side being lower than the back

now its all the same height. it was pedders springs...

it was 470 for the springs + installation

it sits a little to high now for my liking...

You dont wanna go too low on the dc2's.
Trust me.
Sydney roads. Aint so friendly.
Im dropped 2.5" Sitting on bumpstops, with aftermarket shocks (which means hell rough ride but virtually no shock movement).
And its destroying my headers.
Though im running tri-y. But still. lol

Too low and it wont be beautiful for your undercarriage.

It's best if the front is a bit lower than the rear, the pic looks fine to me or is it the angle? My Spoon progressives look similar.

mine was sitting on king super lows and it sat perfect all round.. not sure why but im guessing they were levelled when i had them installed, I think the rear springs may have been compressed an extra inch.

Bamboo sticks, or buy the sugar cane stick at John st Cabra.

BTW - When was the last time you had wheel alignment? looks like youre tyres are suffering from camber wear.

Dropped my dc2 2inch on whiteline recently due to RTA ruling on lowering (pending ATM), but im happy with it coz it sits perfect on my 15s.;)

JAX quick fit at parra road Ashfield. Or really any wheels/tyre shops. they quite cheap. i got mine at Tempe tyres for $40 bucks all wheels.

But its a must!!! Camber wears is when your tires get chewed.

Shakes abit????? yeh wheel alignment and also the CHECK YOUR TYRE rotations this is a very big part of wheels shaking and it also lessen the grip on the road if they are rolling in the wrong directions.
