b16a idle issue.

I am looking at buying an EK with a B16A conversion. Drove the car last week. If drive ok but when i pull up to a set of lights it starts hunting and the engine light comes on. Any ideas of what it could be. I was told that it may be a wiring issue from when the conversion is done.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Too many things could have gone wrong, would only be a guessing game.
Get the seller to take it to honda and have it scanned for trouble codes, or you can instruct him to do the self diagnosis DIY and see what code comes up - > http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67113

If youre not moving and actually idling. And it fluctuates up and down.

IACV dude.
It throws an engine light.
I dont think the term hunting is refering to a car idling.
Hunting is when the car is moving and there are constant flat spots.
