did u recently get the timing belt done?
Depending on which engine u have it usually is only needed that you take off the rocker cover off and adjust the cam seals, that's how its done on a b series anyway

depends if the seals are warped or cracked. If they are fine just make sure they are reseated properly.

Have a read
but the order is pretty much this
1. Remove spark plug wire cover and remove spark plug wires.
2. Remove all bolts holding the valve cover on.
3. Remove valve cover and set aside somewhere out of the way.
4. Start to loosen the exhaust cam cover from the inside and work your way out in a crisscross pattern. Then remove all the bolts.
5. The cam holder that holds the end of the camshaft and the cam cap should be ready to pry off. Use a flat head screwdriver to pry it off but try to pry it off straight.
6. Replace the cam seal.
7. Apply hondabond to the area on the head surrounding the new cam seal but do not get it on the rubber o-rings.
8. Put the cam holder back on straight and then tighten the cam cover down. Torque is critical as the bolts will break if over torqued. Torque for the large bolts is 20 ft/lbs and the torque for the smaller bolts is 7.2 ft/lbs.
9. If you need to replace the valve cover gasket due to deterioration, now is the time to do it.
10. Apply hondabond to the sharp areas where the valve cover gasket seats and then put the valve cover back on.
11. Tighten the bolts up, replace the wires and wire cover, and start the car.
12. Check for any leaks from the valve cover.

Where abouts is it leaking if you can describe?
When it was taken off, was gasket goo applied around th o-rings (cam plug seal)area? I suspect thats the reason why its leaking, once the valve cover is off you might as well replace the valve cover gasket.
Here follow ben's DIY of applying gasket goo to stop leaks on valve cover.
