Oydssey issue

Hi All

Proud Owner of a '08' Honda Luxury Model , Great car to drive , but encountered an issue recently when i locked the car and walk away and come back all 4 windows are down slightly roughly 1cm ( all the same )
i spoke to the dealer he never heard of that before then i called and spoke to service ppl but they told me its a feature in the odyssey where if you " press the alarm twice " it will automatically go down its a " feature "
is that true and has it happened to other odyssey's owners or is the service guy just wanting to fob me off , i have already had issues from day 1 picking up the car already which was all rectified in the end.

any feed back would be appreciated .

could be the same feature as the euro.

If you press unlock twice.
1st click > 2nd click + hold it winds it down.

Maybe something in your key bumped it and it wound down a bit.

i never knew that that was the same feature as the Euro
strange though how the dealer didnt know about that . plus i occasionally have a forgetful mind and tend to press it twice but i never hold the lock button down its i know for fact i check the windows before i walk away and hey presto they are down when i walk back , mind you i dont put the key in straight away in my pocket so theres not much chance of me pressing the buttown accidently .
