EG4 twin carby issue

hey bros, just wondering i got a D15B4 twin carby engine in my civic EG, but now have some problem with it when i turn on my aircon, , also i got a 1985 prelude twin carby as well, can i put the carby parts form prelude to my civic??? cheez, both are aircon version, cheez

my D15B4 twin carby just start leaking coolant, start when cold and hot are on the 1000rpm, no difference, and when i turn the P gear to D gear, it drop like 500rpm at least, and when i turn the light on, the rpm drop 200 more again, so annoying~
