pretty sure that small rubber hose goes back to your charcoal canister.
Feel under to the charcoal canister , and make sure each rubber pipe off the top of the canister is connected

LOL what do you mean b16a's? do u have a b16a1 or something? and why udner the charcoal canister? is there supposed to be a pipe from underneath the canister? and yes each pipe on top of the canister is connected. Hmmmm maybe it might be in the service manual. Well benn theres the pipe that goes from right next to the solenoid that goes into the canister... maybe its in the wrong place? but then where would the other open hole go.

In the US they said the hose might be the cruise control thats missing but em1s in aus dont have cruise control ._.

here ya go, the hose that goes from the solenoid (purge I think its called) goes to the black cylinder I think you called it the charcoal canister.

its prob a teeoff to the obd2 crap in the fuel tank, check if it runs under the car with the fuel lines, could possibly go into the firewall down low.....

hmm blocked it off but only lowered the RPM sligtly.. maybe I should clean the IACV, is that the thing with that cylinder attached to it behind the IM?

I found a diagram inside my maintenance book or wateva it is and I think I found where it's supposed to but can't identify the component in the picture here it is:

btw, thats an OBD1 diagram,as i said before, see if its the Tee off to the OBD2 emission crap on the fuel tank

oh is it .. coz thought its showing diagra of vacuum hoses.. and what do you mean tee off? and umm the fuel tank thing isn't it already attached to the canister?

that diagram,is showing the outline of the IM,thats not a vac hose shown connecting to the IACV,its the IM outline.

OBD2 has emission control gear on the fuel tank, thats connected to the vac system, seperate to the canister return to the tank.

what im saying is that tee, might be the connection that leads back to the fuel tank controls,im not sure, but worth a look.

see if u can see a loose vac hose following where the fuel lines dissapear from the engine bay to run under the car.if not see if loose vac hose hanging out of firewall nearby that might run back to the fuel tank inside the car.
