will a dvd deck fit in my eg5

i brought a dvd deck off the net for cheap and i tried to put it in 2day i seemd to figure out the wires and then i realised that its a bit longer than a standard deck its about an inch longer but when i tried to put it in it kept hitting the wires at the back.

it will, either trim the wires if there's excessive wires else push em down into the plastic piece behind the cig lighter.

if you dont know what your doing be careful u might damage your deck if wires were spliced and open to bare metal. other than the deck cant be that long to hit the rear of the civic dash.
