Go for the cheaper one.

They are both a pipe with a pod on the end.
No point in paying $200 more for 2hp

i think alot of these CAI are wank factor's your best trying to make a custom unit, best to start off with 3 inch and taper to 2 inch, this will increase the speed of air flow , try PLAZAMAN
