squeaky suspension

So i lowered my car (DA9 Integra) one year ago, on lowered k-mac springs, stock shocks.
I cant remember if it happened initially or not, but for a while now, especially in the cold (noticing it now more so) my suspension squeaks excessively. I hear every single bump, front and rear, it seems like all 4 springs or shocks are squeaking.
Anyone know wat it would be? and how to fix?

I have that problem, especially in the front.

I found out by pulling suspension apart that my noise was from the upper wishbone rubber bush mounts, that live in the wheel well.

I think they need replacing....

get ur bushing check out. or ur upper control arms...
