12v supply from cigarette lighter

hi all,

i was just wondering which of the wires leading to the cigarette lighter is the 12v supply? also, can anyone tell me which of the wires connected to the cluster (blue/green) is the parking lights wire? any help would be appreciated.

its very simple.

connect the alicator clip to the chassis, and the pointy end to the wire. When it lights up red, you know you have power.http://www.installer.com/photos/testlight.jpg

i believe its the one that runs into the center, its not hard to work out

if its in a EK, theres a wiring hardness that connects the lot.
i just wired in some footwell neons on the weekend with a
- negative bypass switch to turn them on and off while in
ACC and ON neons do not operate while off

cant remember which colour it was... like bludger said
get a test light ($3 from an auto store) and do some tests...

if u wana wait till the weekend i can tell you... im installing a armrest so i'd
be able to take a look....
