The parts in general depend, the shift knob should. Hondas all use the same thread style if I'm not mistaken, it's 1.5x10 or something?

If the RSX has the K20A then a lot of the engine parts could be used

Only the shift knob is interchangeable. I don't think any other part from the RSX can be used on the Euro.
