Trouble fitting wheels

Ive had a lot of trouble fitting wheels in the past because of my seemingly oversized hubs not fitting into the wheel centre hole.
Im checking out this lot of steel wheels and just wondering is it the same situation as alloys where the hub must fit into a centre hole? My hubs are 68mm and the hole is quoted as approx 60mm. Must my hub fit through the centre hole on steel wheels? Thanks

Steel/alloy whatever it is, it is always best to have the hub size match the centre bore of your wheels, if your hub is larger than the centre bore of your wheels then you will need to get the centres enlargened.
