Jazz - knocking issue (Automatic)

Hi Guys,

Not sure if any of you had this problem. My GF Jazz keeps on knocking when you full step on the throttle. Initially i thought it was a gearbox problem by was told from my mechanic that it wasn't. still unable to identify the problem

My L15A2 happens sometime but I think it caused from petrol octane. I've try filling Octane 95 intead of 91 and the knocking sound is gone. Anyway, some of 91 fuel dont make the engine knoking as well. It depends on quality of fuel. I guess.

I've already tried re fueling with 98 octane fuel for 6 weeks. Changed fuel filter as well.

Same thing still happen. It's actually not a sound. it thumbs when you step on the throttle

By the way Jazz GLI gearbox is CVT right?

a mate of mine had a similar problem with his jazz........it was a broken engine mount.

What year was it?Go and ask your nearest dealership check it out.
