Ok, so I am dumb... How do I find out what type of engine I have?

The title pretty much says it all. I have a 1990 Integra, what did they originally come with?
I know the engine number, is it the first 3 on this? For example B18A12........etc

yes it will be the numbers you have posted. to find out what engine you have, look and the block from the front of the car and it should be stamped to your left hand side just beside your headers.

and yes its the first 4-5 letters, it should be on your vin plate and engine stamped on the block.

I thought my car had Vtec,for like a year until I realised it didn't :o

So I took the Vtec sticker's off :(


But I tell ya it kicks in at 4000rpm :cool:

I don't plan to put v-tec in it thanks lol, the whole point is getting rid of this lovely Honda and moving on to the next :p

now u know which engine u have, replace it with a b18c. Ur 1990 'teg will become a wolf in a sheeps clothing. Oh yea, did u i mention u should ask ur bank 4 6k?
