So I've decided to dump my accord and go for a higher offset rim as opposed to the +38's i currently have (for sale at the moment too). Looking for a set of 17's or 18's in 7.5 or 8 width with an offset of 45 or higher. Preferably around +48 or more as I want the wheels tucked inside the guard to allow for maximum slammage.

Very interested in the euro sport 17's or luxury 17's as i think the CK would look good dumped on some OEM honda wheels, plus they're both +55 and will sit inside nicely on slammed suspension...

I've also seen these OEM honda rims around:http://img132.imageshack.us/img132/2729/hondawheelssss.jpg

But I'm not sure what they're off, Euro? Accord? which year? does anyone know?

Currently my CK looks like this:http://img44.imageshack.us/img44/3852/img3293s.jpg

So perhaps a machine face, multi spoke with a bit of a dish or something, obviously not too wide though...

Any suggestions for new rims in the aforementioned spec (size, offset, width) would be greatly appreciated.

Nice looking accord! Those oem wheels you posted are off an 08 accord v6-L (non euro). I dont think they look that nice on that car but on yours they may suit it, but they are really bland looking.

Personally I love these

saw them in a store in melb. i think in 45 offset.

cheers for that rudy.

i agree they are a bit bland, i'd love to get something OEM though, from a newer model, the new 2009 euro sport wheels are nuts! i really want to get a set, but the car itself hasn't released with them....

im thinking i might wait until the new euro comes out and just buy a set from honda... but it will probably be a bit pricey.

i found a set this arvo im a bit interested in:

18x7.5 with 48 offset (will sit inside guard perfectly, not like currently) and quite similar to current set which i love.

The stock honda rims are the ones I am getting on my new v6L I am getting friday.

I am also looking for suggestions for new wheels as I dont really like these.

It would be great if people could post up their V6 Hondas and their Rims.
Very hard to judge just by looking at the wheels alone.

I agree mate, would be good to see some people post up pics of their standard accords with aftermarket wheels to get an idea of what looks good. it is hard to tell without test fitting 40 different wheels!

I was looking at some anz wheels a while ago and all of them tended to be 40 or lower offset. But that was 19 inch, could be different for 18. Those would like nice if u can get 48 offset!

yeah i thought the same! i gave tyre factory a call and they've got 18x7.5 in a 48 offset which is exactly the sizing im after. bit pricey @ $340 a wheel without rubber though...so not completely sure yet, especially seeing as I can grab oem honda wheels for under 800 for a set of 4 with rubber in 17"...

haha i love the look of some big camber bro, but don't have the income to cover new tyres every 5 months!!

im loving the 09 sports pack euro wheels:

18x8,+55. would probably through some 215/40/18 rubber on them and SLAM!

anyone have any idea of price for a set of these from honda? or whether they've released yet?

I really like these too. Will they be able to be purchased alone?
Love to know when they will be available and for how much.

yeah those rims are nice, oem honda wheels like those cost around 800 bucks each rim without tyres from the dealership. Your car looks great ricemeister, i like the fact you got the top of the range accord, i wish i had a sun roof.
There are some nice HFP rims out there if you're looking at OEM. Have a look at HFP wheels. Here are some photos.

Here are some pictures of accords on OEM rims, maybe it will help you decide.

cheers anthealth....i'll definitely check out those HPF wheels...im digging that first set, it'll be far cheaper than buying the new euro sports for a dealership.

i love having the sunroof and leather, i like starting with a top of the range car like the V6L, stock...then moving onto aftermarket stuff piece by piece later on.

I just removed my advanti 18/19's this morning as they've sold on eBay, so for now im back to sitting on 15" stockies. debadged the back last week and adding my cannons this week, so slowly getting there!

just gotta get me some mean ass dumpage and a new set of OEM's....
