would a intake for a dc2 with a skunk2 intake manifold fit onto a stock intake manifold?

depends on what size throttle body you running man. but even if they are different i think you can get silicon fitments which connect two different size pipes.

also depends where ur intake manifold sits, as the vtir ones sit low and i think the skunk2 sits high like the itrs

yeah thats what i was thinking.
cos i had a cai for the standard manifold it wouldnt fit onto the skunk2 one.
so i had to use a dc2r one i think but im still not quite sure.

Omg, I want that pretty silicon piece!
I'm running an itr injen cai intake on my vti-r, the intake piping diameter is larger than my throttle body but I just got a silicon piece and put it around my throttle body to make it fatter.
As for the intake manifold sitting lower, for some odd reason, my intake fits still.
All I had to do was modify the breather piping thing and off I went.

lol it serves its purpose.
Rather get a type r instead, and bring the intake over ;)

so a cai made for skunk2 intake manifold wont fit onto standard vtir intake manifold.
can someone clarify this?
