are you asking how to adjust the point where vtec is engaged? buy a vtec controller

VTEC controller? never heard of one of those...so what..you can take VTEC engaement down the revs or up? positives and negatives of that?

i am asking how to adjust the rpm. at the moment its on 500 rpm wanted to adjust to 750-800 rpm. Bcoz the rev is too low.

oh when its idling. find the IACV to adjust it. have a search on the forum and theres plenty of answers.
vtec controller allows you to adjust when you want vtec to engage. you dont need it. waste of money.
