hi guys
i got a blue s2000 and im going to be getting my brake calipers coloured. problem is..im having a hard time deciding whether i want them red or blue. a part of me wants them blue because eventually i will be changing my rims to a black set so the blue and black will look nice and unqiue..aswell as it fitting along with he rest of the car and its colour..but on the other hand...i want them red bcuz im thinking of maybe also changing my honda badges to red and it will look quite sporty with the red calipers..but at the same time i dont want to spoil the nice blue paint the car has and dont want the colour coordination to mess up and look weird.
comments and pics please if you have done it to yours
itll be much help
thanks guys =]
this is the car btw

Painted calipers are over-rated.
Just spray em silver.

Silver ftw!
make em look new without looking tacky
Red calipers look tacky as hell, maybe try Wrinkle red. Glossy red is just yuck

Mine are no longer that silver, they are cooked gold from track day until the spoons come on :P Red gets cooked brown hehe.

Personally, I would go blue and keep the "H" blue as well. Red on a blue background looks yuk.:zip:

i agree with vyets, red is tacky, i have done it but then resprayed them silver like above because i hated the look haha.
TBH the silver looks so new and clean i love it.
I think i might go red on mine.. or yellow. But red and yellow go well, im sure all the DC2R fans will agree? :D

Black.
Black is also another good choice.
Here's when I had gold I got over it didn't look good

I've seen some cars with Yellow calipers, mostley lancers with the rear hub brakes sprayed yellow as well.. I think its a bad choice even red looks better.
Not too sure why dc2r fans would agree with you but

I did mine black, but would like to go silver. Best option for me is Red J's Racing calipers lol!

I say Pink! j/k I think silver looks nice, clean and simple, painted stock calipers look cheap because 1, it gets your attention and 2, after it gets your attention you see that they're painted oem calipers...
well its still blue vyets use your imagination lol. it would just be smaller + blue lol.
