hey guys,
got abit of a issue here,
mrs lost the keys to her honda civic ek, just wondering if u guys know of any locksmiths around liverpool area. or any other ways of resolving it???

they neva told me i hav to replace the barrel or anything?
they said they just hav to re program the new key and maybe reset the immob?

try calling your local honda dealers to see if they can cut you a key from your VIN.

if you've still got the red key, you can get a spare programmed, otherwise your gonna have to get a new immobiliser unit + new red and black keys.
they can cut it to your barrels though, so you wont have to change the barrels. some locksmiths i've heard can program them, but i'm not sure whats involved, you'd have to call them and ask.

okay guys, i found a locksmith,
that can do it.
i called honda and they said they cant do it without replacing the immobolizer, barrel n everything which will cost 750.
the locksmith can do it with just replacing the key and re programing it for a fraction of the price
