yep, acts as a soundeadener (good soundeadening properties) too in some cases. people use it in their boots sometimes to reduce exhaust noise.

When you look at a subwoofer box....the wood from the box is covered in carpet? thats subwoofer carpet :thumbsup:

You can try spotlight and get leather than normal carpet lol. but its not just leather they sell theres have a huge range of fabrics clothing stuff and you can buy by meter or bulk i think..
