Best turbo kit for H22a EG civic

You have probly all heard this 1 million times b4. does anyone know what the best H22a highmount manifold for an EG. And What the best turbo kit would be to buy. Cost is not an issue. im just after someone to point me in the right direction

custom is the best way to go as it may be cheaper than a kit.

not many companies make kits for swapped motors.
