droopy bumpers - does anyone know how to fix them?

does anyone know how to fix a droopy bumper? i've looked in the DIY section but nothing :( can someone help?

I believe it was covered on RPR Mitch.

Basically the mounts start to sag and it gets fun from there.

There is also a write up here on Ozhonda but for EG's.

I assume similar principles apply.

yea its funny cause it sits fine and all the mounting points and just drops a little on the corners i might have a go at resetting it with some heat but yea.....

It's a Honda disease. 50% of DC2s (including mine) and DC4s suffer from them too. The mounts sag, but on the DCs at least you can bend them back after you get the bumper off.
