I couldn't find any posts so here goes i have an 04 euro and the headlight gets water on the inside which i believe is :angry:honda's F up because i have seen a few euros around with the same issue....... but more importantly this has lead to my H.I.D headlight to give up the ghost and i was wondering if anybody knows what the part no. is for the bulb... and also the best way to re-seal the headlight

Hey about water in your headlights, read this thread - http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15829&highlight=water+headlight&page=17
It seems to be a common problem among some euros, possibly fault with the clips someone even got their headlights replaced by honda. Maybe give Honda a visit and see what they can do, guessing your car is out of warranty too?
I think the bulb size is H1, so you can just buy an aftermarket H1 HID bulb and replace it yourself.

Not just limited to the euros though. Seen a few jettas and whatever else around here in Germany with water in their headlights. Not super common, but not a rare issue if i've seen a few around.

Check the links posted above. Honda Australia did a repair where they added clips to the headlights when you brought the car for servicing. Didn't really prevent the problem 100% though.
