Required:screw driver, heat gun, chisel, something to press the air bubbles out (ie. ruler, or even a little cut out of a ice cream container), spray glue, a few small self taper screws
Steps:
step 1, remover you door trim. you will have 2 screws holding the door trim on which is located on the door leaver and handle.
step 2, remove all plastic inserts.

step 3, flip over door trim so you can see the back, and rest it on the floor (be sure you lay it on top of something as you dont want to damage the door trim) on the back you will see the plastic that the cloth trim is on. its plastic welded on to the rest of the trim. you need to break off just enough so the cloth trim insert can come off. you should use a heat gun to soften it up a bit. repeat this to all. please refer to image.

step 4, once you have done step 3, you can remove the cloth trim, but take your time as you dont want to rip it or stretch it
step 5, get old trim and lay it out on some card board and make a template
step 6, get the template and copy it onto desired material

step 6, once you have done that, cut the material and dry fit it to plastic trim.
http://img53.imageshack.us/img53/7702/09072009044.th.jpg (http://img53.imageshack.us/i/09072009044.jpg/)
step 7, ok now spray some glue on the plastic, then lay out the material. use the piece of plastic to push in the edges or you can simply use your fingers. then let it dry whilst you are pulling the other door apart.

step 8, now its time to put it back together. you will need to stand the whole door trim up right while you do this as the holes wont line up. push the trim back into it original position lining up the wholes and screw some screws in. repeat that to all.

step 9, put ll plastic parts on and put the door trim back on you car.
