Fix gutter rash?

hey, i clipped a gutter a couple days ago and now there's a tiny 5cm rash on the lip. its a machined lip, so i wonder how much it would cost to get it fixed? anyone know?

Get a really fine bastard and file it down lightly then sand it down with some 600 grit and work your way to 2000 grit. Polish with 'mothers mag polish' after.
