Hey guys , recently i just order a hid kit off ebay. just got them and fitted them on. they light up fine but theres a problem with them. the lights are jumpy. i tried swapping them around and checking all connections but still have the same problem .. anybody know what the problem could be?

could be a faulty unit... send it back for a replacement....

did u buy the chinese hid? usually they r like that. just wait for like 2 or 3 months, then the light will not "jumping" anymore.

yea by that stage it'll kill off a ballast
you may as well go off to supercheap and buy some adr calibre bulbs for when that day happens, as when it does it'll 9/10 be dark and you'll need lights to drive otherwise you'll be SOL'd

i installed a chinese hid on my car like a year ago, and it's still working well.. on the first 3 months, the light was so jumpy and after that 'break period', it will not jumpy anymore..

So after 3 months they will stop jumping ?
cause last time i got a set from carmate and they didnt jump at all from start

yea, that's true mate..
there are some chinese brands that are quite good quality hid, but most of them are jumping like about 3 months or so..
the one from carmate might be taiwanese brand which is usually preety good or it might be germany or japanese or korean brand which are good...

my hid kit igot is the cheapest shit u can find ne wer but they havent given me ne problems at all..
must b faulty
