Finally some good news to come out of Honda on the sports car front: the CRX inspired CR-Z sporty hybrid has been confirmed for a February 2010 release.
First unveiled in front of an awestruck audience at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show in October 2007, enthusiasts have been eagerly awaiting for a confirmation from Honda that the CR-Z sports hybrid will head into production.
The Honda CR-Z will be jam-packed with the latest technology and developments the Japanese car maker has made with its Integrated Motor Assist (IMA) technology to deliver a vehicle that is enjoyable and sporty to drive while also reducing its environmental footprint at the same time.
A second hybrid model based on the Jazz (also known as Fit) subcompact will be released before the end of 2010.
