Saw this on another forum so i thought i might give it a shot
Aim:For laughs, waste a bit of time
Required:Spare key, Stubby screwdriver of your choice, something to heat up metal with (hot air gun, gas burner of some kind, gas stove etc...), something to cut metal with (angle grinder (bit extreme), little dremmel thing, hack saw etc...) pliers
Steps:
1. Lay out everything you will need. Since i only had 1 spare key i didn't want to cut it up so i got a copy made ($8.00) and also picked up the sexy yellow screwdriver from Supercheap for $1.50

2. Heat up the metal bit of the screwdriver until you can pull it out with a pair of pliers or similar, don't use your fingers because it will be hot. Won't take you long since it's not held in too well in the handle

3. With the key you will see where it should be cut, pretty straight forward. Once you cut it grind down the sides a bit so it's not so rough

4. Heat up the main part of the key with your chosen tool (i used hot air gun) and slide it inside the plastic handle. Take nothe where the key sits in the barrel so leave a small gap (i gave myself roughly 5mm) between the end of the barrel and the plastic handle.

That's it, pop it in and see if it all works

Finally (completely optional) with a small drillbit drill a hole for a key ring and attach whatever you want to your new key

Once again guys and gals, this was purely done for a laugh and i strongly recommend you do not cut up your oem honda keys but get a copy and molest that one instead.
Thanx for reading
PS: sorry for the crappy pics, cameras got a dead battery so i used the phone
