is that for audm spec hondas? or dosent it matter

it's mainly USDM, but i find it somewhat useful because of the diagrams, might be similar, but i haven't had a look thoroughly. I remember that most of these type of manual refers to vehicles from the states

yes its for LHD vehicles, but they'll give you all you'll need to know.
