This Article from drive.com.au published in 2008 mentioned that the Luxury model's suspansion has softer setting than base model. Can anyone varify that statement? Thanks

5th last paragraph of the article.

I have also read this article and found it very interesting.

My dealer apparently did not know anything about this suspension issue.

I think I have tested all three: the Base model and the Luxury and Luxury Nav.

I think the Luxury even though the suspension has been softened it is still on the firm side with good feedback - a good compromise between driver feedback and comfort.

" We should point out this is not a criticism but it's worth noting the change in philosophy. The base model is just fine. And the interior looks better. The high-gloss plastic in the luxury model doesn't quite cut it."

I have enjoyed the Lux suspension for me personally its just fine.
Im unsure what the reviewer had in mind when he quoted the above about the interior of the Lux.
Its bloody good lets face it its not going to please anyone but Honda has
produced a car the looks and performs very well.
Its bloody amazing how many people i catch staring at the the euro when it drives by.... Its like Elle on wheels:D

I asked a sales last saturday while test drive Euro 6speed Man. He said the suspansion setup for both standard and Lux models are exactly the same. I am confused.

To me, it doesn't seem economically viable for Honda to carries 2 different spring/suspansion settings on the same model/body shape.
If there are really 2 different suspansion settings or Euro, I am sure Honda will promote that in their catalog, or charge extra for so call "sport suspansion" like in many other car makers.

or could the extra 100kg from base to lux make a difference in your driving feeling.
