Okay, so basically, jumped into the car and noticed that one of my HID's were flickering, when i get out. the bulbs off.:( Guess i need to change the globe, since the lights have been working well for the last 3 years.

What i need to know is;
1) Do I need the same brand as the one that I originally got? or can i just replace them with any brand HID globes.
2) Where can i find 8000k globes if i can get any brand.. i originally picked up mine off ebay...

forogt to mention, there H1's if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance.

any brand should do, and your ballasts are still doing good..
where abouts you at, I know a place in clayton that sells them for a reasonable price..

basically all china kits have interchangeable globes. so any globe is fine if u cant locate you original ones.

post a DIY if you change the bulbs..!!
Having the same issue.. HID's were flickering at cops LOl.

I wanted to know if it was my ballasts playing up or my bulbs going so I switched the bulbs from left to right and that helped me isolate the issue!
Hope this helps..
