door latch removal

was trying to replace my drivers door lock actuator. found the instructions here:

i cannot for the life of me remove the screws that hold the door latch/lock. I am talking about the 3 countersunk screws that hold the damm thing. i have totally ****ed it now and stripped the heads. what now?

I think you're supposed to use an impact driver on those.You may have to drill them out and replace them.

cheers mate, drilled them out and replaced the actuator. Door works like new, happy days.

When I went to honda to get replacement screws I noticed they are self tapping - learnt the hard way eh!
